Day 01:
Arrival At Airport (IXB) / RailwayStation(NJP) And Transfer To Gangtok:- (Duration: 4 ½ hours Approx) (Distance: 120 kms).
Day 02: Excursion To Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
Morning breakfast at hotel – Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir nearly 40 kilometers The Lake is oval shaped lake nearly 50 feet deep - Generally covered in snow for most of the year This lake is home to the Brahmini ducks & many migratory birds – Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site for all - - Back to Gangtok - Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Gangtok (In case of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided).
Day 03: Gangtok Local Sightseeing
After breakfast drive for the city tour of Gangtok – which includes Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok& Tashi View Point, Later visit Research Institute of Tibetology Enchey Monastery, (Closed on Sunday & govt. Holidays), Do-Drul Chorten, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (Closed on Sunday & Govt. Holidays), Flower Show and Jhakri Falls.Etc – Back to hotel Over Night stay at Gangtok.
Day 04: Gangtok To Darjeeling & Sightseeing
After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling - This was the Summer capital of the East India Company –lies the land of breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens with spectacular views of the Mount Everest is the Queen of the hills - Check into hotel, Later leave for sightseeing which includes Old Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Zoological Park(Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tibetan Self Help Refugee Center, Tenzing Rock, Japanese Temple, Happy Valley Tea Estate(Outside view) Over Night stay at Darjeeling.
Day 05: Departure at Bagdogra Airport
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive towards Bagdogra Airport.
- Package valid only for Indian nationals.

- Vehicle provided is as per the itinerary and not at disposal basis.
- Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
- Guest may be required to provide a valid photo-id card in originals Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card etc.
- Note-PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
- Foreign Nationals are required to carry their original passport along with a valid visa. 365 Yatra shall not be responsible for any declination in admission of guests at the time of check-in, by the Hotel.
- The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. 365 Yatra will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
- In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, flood, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure to be paid by guest
- Any claim or complaint by the Traveller must be notified to the company in writing within One Week of the end of their holiday tour.
- On arrival at Airport/Railway Station the guests are requested to come outside the main exit.

- Child Below 5 years is complimentary on HotelsTransfers. And Entry / Ferry Tickets will be chargeable accordingly.
- Above 01 year child full Ferry Tickets will be chargeable
- Below 01 Years: Rs.115.00 per Sector (To Be Paid Directly While Boarding the Ferry).
Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked. Issue regarding child age to be settled by guest directly to the Hotel.

Payment Procedure:
For bookings the Procedure will be as follows.
You are requested to deposit 50% advance payment on the confirmation of a tour and balance payment at least 07 days prior to the date of travel.

All payments are subjected to realization. On realization we will acknowledge you with the confirmation mail and deadlines for deposit of balance payment in full.
Refund:
Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the client is booked. It would take at least 14 days to process such Refund. However, there is no refund for any unutilized services example – meals, entrance fee, optional hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface/air).
