Day 01: Katra

Our services will start with your arrival at Jammu, meet our representative and proceed to katra. Check in at the hotel and get refreshed. Evening is free at leisure to advent. Overnight stay in the Hotel.

Day 02: Katra

After early breakfast, start your Holy journey to Mata Vaishnowdevi Darshan. Trek to Mata Vaishnowdevi shrine(14km), ponies/ Choper can also be arranged by self at your own cost for the trek. Return back to Katra late evening and overnight stay at same Hotel. As you know Mata Vaishnowdevi temple is one of the Holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Shakti and is the second most visited shrine in India after Tirupati Balagi temple.

Day 03: Srinagar

After an early breakfast check out from the said Hotel and drive towards Srinagar. On reaching Srinagar, check in the Hotel and get relaxed with a welcome drink from Hotel. Overnight stay in the same Hotel.

Day 04: Srinagar

After breakfast leave for Sonamarg, the name Sonamarg is derived from two Kashmiri words “Son” & “Marg” which mean “Gold” & “Meadow”, when put together it means “Meadow of Gold” The drive from Srinagar to Sonamarg is very beautiful as you will pass through some towns and villages, at many places you can enjoy the view of paddy fields with rivers flowing on one side. in Sonamarg you can visit Thajwas Glacier which is around 4Kms from Sonamarg a Local Taxi Or Pony Ride has to be hired (on your own Expenses) return back to Srinagar in the evening after enjoyed your day, overnight stay in the same Hotel at Srinagar.

Day 05: Srinagar

After breakfast in the Morning, proceed to Srinagar Local Sightseeing See Mughal Gardens :- visit to Tulip Garden, Asia"s largest garden of almost 90 different varieties of Tulips (Entry fee not included in the Pkg) then Pari Mahal (Palace of Fairies), Cheshma Shahi (Mughal Spring), Nishat Garden known as 'Garden of pleasure' built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then visit Shalimar Garden known as 'Garden of love' built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jehangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or (Mehr-un-Nissa) in the evening enjoy the scenic view of Zabarwan Mountains, and overnight stay in the same Hotel at Srinagar.

Day 06: Gulmarg

After breakfast proceed to Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers” Discovered by the Kashmiri romantic poet in the 16th century who was inspired with its grassy slopes covered with wild flowers. In winter Gulmarg looks more beautiful due to heavy snow fall. And turns into India's premier Ski resort in winter.Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes, upon arrival at Gulmarg check into your Hotel rest of the day free for leisure and overnight stay in Resort at Gulmarg.

Day 07: Pahalgam

In the morning enjoy Gondola Ride (On Your Own Expenses) world’s highest cable car offers ride upto Kangdoori 5000 ft. and Apharwat Mountains 14000 ft. post lunch proceed towards Pahalgam “Valley of Shepherds” Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. In Pahalgam enjoy the nature and admire the beauty of this quiet place and be in awe of the serene surroundings, evening free for leisure, overnight stay in Hotel at Pahalgam.

Day 08: Pahalgam

Full day at Pahalgam, in Pahalgam you can visit Betaab valley (Betaab Valley is situated at a distance of 15 kilometers from Pahalgam The valley surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountains and covered with dense vegetation). You can also visit Aru Valley(Aru Valley is a small yet self-sufficient scenic village located 12 km from Pahalgam), Chandanwari (Is situated at a distance of 16 km from Pahalgam, is the starting point of the yatra.

Day 09: Departure

After breakfast check out from hotel than proceed to transfer to Srinagar Airport.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
Guest may be required to provide a valid photo-id card in originals Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card etc.
Note-PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
Foreign Nationals are required to carry their original passport along with a valid visa. 365 Yatra shall not be responsible for any declination in admission of guests at the time of check-in, by the Hotel.
The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. 365 Yatra will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, flood, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure to be paid by guest
Any claim or complaint by the Traveller must be notified to the company in writing within One Week of the end of their holiday tour.
On arrival at Airport/Railway Station the guests are requested to come outside the main exit.

Child Below 5 years is complimentary on HotelsTransfers. And Entry / Ferry Tickets will be chargeable accordingly.
Above 01 year child full Ferry Tickets will be chargeable
Below 01 Years: Rs.115.00 per Sector (To Be Paid Directly While Boarding the Ferry).

Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked. Issue regarding child age to be settled by guest directly to the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

Payment Procedure:

For bookings the Procedure will be as follows.

You are requested to deposit 50% advance payment on the confirmation of a tour and balance payment at least 07 days prior to the date of travel.

All payments are subjected to realization. On realization we will acknowledge you with the confirmation mail and deadlines for deposit of balance payment in full.

Refund:

Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom the client is booked. It would take at least 14 days to process such Refund. However, there is no refund for any unutilized services example – meals, entrance fee, optional hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface/air).
